Can I download an Ebook?
No, Ebooks are not downloadable. In fact, once you've purchased one via your account, you can read it indefinitely. (As a reminder, it is forbidden to make a copy, even for personal use. All distribution and reproduction on other sites, media or platforms is forbidden without ART OF KELV's authorization).
I would like a refund for an Ebook
As stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all digital purchases such as Ebooks are non-refundable, including in the event of account closure.
Why can't I access my ebook?
In order to access your ebooks, or for the webmaster to be able to set/modify access: you must fill in all fields when creating your account (name, first name, username, etc.)...
